Terms of Payment

Payment Structure
All invoices are due in full within 3 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing. For monthly services the work is to be paid for in one month advance. Work will not begin, or may be paused, until the agreed deposit or installment payment is received.

Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to Venelt Studio are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, milestone payments, and completed service fees.

Service Cancellation / Termination
Either party may request to terminate ongoing services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for early termination.
