How much does a website cost?
Through our website as a service plan it is $200 a month, which covers design, the build, hosting management, and updates whenever you need them, with nothing paid up front. One-off custom builds are quoted after a call, because the price depends on how many pages, what has to be integrated and whether e-commerce is involved.
Does Venelt offer hosting, maintenance and updates?
Yes. On the $200 a month plan, updates and upkeep are included: content changes, new photos, new pages and ongoing maintenance. Hosting runs through Webflow and is billed directly by them.
Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile management?
Yes, and it is where a local business usually sees the fastest return. Google shows three businesses in the map pack above the organic results, so ranking there changes how many people find you. We start with a free audit: a ranking grid across your service area, a review of your categories, reviews and website, and a walkthrough of what is holding it back.
How much does application design or software development cost?
Both are quoted after a call. Cost depends almost entirely on scope, and any studio that gives you a number before understanding what you are building is guessing. You get a fixed figure in writing before work starts.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes. Every site is designed and tested at phone, tablet and desktop sizes. Most traffic to a local business site arrives on a phone, so that is where the design starts rather than where it gets adapted.
How can I tell if I need a new website?
A few reliable signals: the site takes more than a few seconds to load, it is awkward to use on a phone, you cannot update it yourself, it does not appear in Google for the services you offer, or it no longer looks like the business you have become. Any one of those is usually enough.
Do I own my website?
Yes. On a one-off build it is yours on delivery. On the $200 a month plan you can cancel anytime, and after six months the website is yours to keep. Many website subscription providers keep ownership, so it is worth asking anyone you talk to.
What platforms do you build on?
Webflow for most marketing sites, because it is fast, stable and lets you make simple edits yourself. Next.js and custom code for applications and anything Webflow cannot do properly. We choose based on the project rather than defaulting to one.
Do you only work with businesses in Orlando?
No. We are based in Winter Park and most clients are in Central Florida, but design, development and SEO do not depend on proximity. We have worked with clients in New Mexico and South Florida. Being local matters most for video and on-site photography.
Can I use just one service, or do I have to bundle?
Any service can run on its own. They do compound though: a faster site ranks better, better rankings make content worth writing, and good video lifts both. Most clients start with one and add from there.
